Pharaoh stood. He uprooted the Earth with his continuous digging of his talons. He heard a ruffle of leaves from somewhere. He pulled his crown high peering over a shrub. Stupid wolves, come and spy on me! he thought.
Those mangy beasts, he called, they don't know when to stop following others.
He gave a warning growl to the dogs in the area. With a flash they scampered off. There he thought. He was getting impatient. He waited where the palomino had told him to stay, would she come or not?

"Hmmph..." a voice sounded from within the cool shadows of the trees. "So, you did come...Right, down to business. Are you willing to take up the responsibility of being the ruler of all Darks? If you are, what traits do you have that make you a good leader?"
The young palomino mare circled Pharoah as she spoke. She respected this stallion, no doubt about that. Then, she turned and looked him in the eye. Her eyes sparkled with the deepest respect for this stallion. She was determined that he would become ruler of the Darks and a good one at that...

Pharaoh watched, his optics following the fae circling him. He liked this mare. As she looked him in her pools he could see a soul, he could sense respect. He was greatful that she had come.
My good traits lets see...I am willing, dominiate, can see things from others point's of views. Will sacrifice to get what is needed. Generally what is fit for a King. he said.
He did not mention his bad character though. He was to keep it secret unless asked to tell. He acts in a more who-cares attitude. More of a dark than a light. He could not trully love, maybe try but it has never succeded him before. But there could still be a first time...

"Yes, those are qualities that only a true leader should have. I couldn't have put it better myself. However, you must also be able to care for your subjects, love them, and be willing to give everything for them. If you accept, we'll move on to your weakness. As for me, my weakness would be sweet grass and a subject using the 'Puppy dog Face' on me..." Sonador was a little ashamed at her weakness but, everyone had at least one, right?

Since I accept, he gulped some saliva down his throat, my weaknesses are being sometimes rude, sometimes ignoring others feelings. And so far...I haven't beeen able to love. I will try in my deepest heart to conquer the Darks like a King should...It felt wrong telling someone his deepest secrets. He had more..but that was personal. He put his head down in shame. He faced the soggy Earth below. His dagger dug into the hole which he had uprooted before.

"In that case, you truly are worthy...You have done what most other horses have been afraid to do: Speak of their deepest secrets... And about rudeness, you're being very gracious, so don't worry about it. Sometimes I face the same problems. But then, what matters are your decisions, they hold the key to being a true leader, a king, of which from this moment on, you are..." Sonador was smiling: Here is a horse worthy of the throne...

Pharaoh smiled back to her.
Thank you, Sonador, for your help and encouragement.
He bowed to her. This was a very rare thing he did. He bent his pillars to the ground and arched his crest. His tassels dragged on the filthy dirt but he did not care. He stood up into his previous position. He was truly grateful. He softly sighed in relief, he was not the King Of The Darks.

"Well, thank you too..." the young palomino mare replied and dipped her head respectfully. "You will make a marvelous leader. We shall meet again, once a month, when the moon is full. Now, aren't you supposed to start a herd for your terra?"
A smile formed on her lips and she said, "Well, I've got to go too..."
